HOW WE ARE BORN MATTERS

How we are born is important

Hello, my name is Olena Duda.

I am a person who is outside the system. I have experience, and I know how women give birth not from books or forums. Although books are very useful to read. I see real childbirth with my own eyes. And I am always learning and looking for new interesting information to add to the course and make your preparation as effective as possible.

During pregnancy, parents are faced with a lot of different information.
Where to give birth? How to give birth? Who to do it with?
And advisors appear, and it is difficult to figure out what to do.
I am the person who helps parents navigate and understand what is most important to them, and what their wishes and priorities are during childbirth.
I share only useful information, without “water”, impartially, only facts.

Olena Duda,

Doula and certified pregnancy course leader.

Prepare for them. Preparation for childbirth should be comprehensive. Both the informational and psychological components are important.

The postpartum period is important for a woman's health. And it's worth taking the utmost care of yourself during this period. In the POSTPARENT RECOVERY webinar, you will learn in detail how to help yourself recover after childbirth in order to maintain your health.

This question cannot be answered without knowing your history. Because there are many factors that can cause a woman's fertility to decrease. Fortunately, most of them do not require serious treatment, but only a correction of lifestyle and views on it. You will learn the details of the answers to these questions in the webinar: I WANT TO GET PREGNANT

A doula is a woman who has had experience in childbirth and has undergone special training to provide emotional, informational, psychological, and physical support during childbirth to a woman giving birth. In a nutshell: a doula is a paid friend who supports you continuously throughout your labor and is always by your side.

Swaddling a woman is a set of procedures that help to recover after childbirth quickly and effectively. In addition to various massages, which make up swaddling, it also includes a psychological part, which is simply necessary if the birth was traumatic.

So swaddling helps to recover both mentally and physically. And not only after childbirth, but also after any psychological trauma in life.

Everything we have a vague idea about, or know nothing about at all, scares us. The more information we receive, the less fear we have left.
